I BAKED!

No, I didn't get baked. I BAKED!! My best friend got us a cupcake baking class at the Teacake Bake Shop. It was great! To start, they have THE BEST cupcakes there. So, to learn their recipes and baking tips was awesome! Not to mention, they fed us CUPCAKES while we were baking.
When I first heard that the class was going to be 3 hours long I almost whined out loud. Of course, as the three hours were winding down, I was disappointed that we were done. As someone who does not cook (boxed macaroni & cheese does not really count), I came away with some great baking pointers and techniques,


not to mention a box full of cupcakes of my own
making and decorating.




And, if I do say so myself, I kicked some cupcake baking butt.
